A Customer Engagement Campaign

The Challenge
Pandora wanted to deepen its relationship with loyal customers by turning a routine CRM moment into something personal and memorable. The ask was to create birthday content that felt personal rather than mass-produced, while integrating product naturally.

The Approach
We developed a series of zodiac-themed videos tailored to each customer’s star sign, built as a scalable visual system across all twelve signs. Blending storytelling, branding, and product integration, each piece shared astrological insights while seamlessly incorporating Pandora’s zodiac charms, creating a personal and engaging connection between the brand and its customers.

My Role
Creative Director (Art). Led concept and execution. Created the visual system across all twelve zodiac signs, designing and adapting vector-based artwork to achieve the final look and feel. Oversaw storytelling, motion, and product integration across the series.
