The Challenge
Pandora’s North American Annual Summit needed to evolve into a strategic brand and culture experience that energized employees and reinforced company vision.
The Approach
Over multiple years, we built distinct thematic worlds — from Be Love to Dream to Dare to Be — translating brand values into immersive environments, stage design, branded merchandise, and attendee touchpoints. Each year expanded the experiential system, strengthening internal engagement and brand alignment.
My Role
Creative Director, Art & Experience. Led the overarching creative vision across spatial design, visual identity, environmental graphics, and branded materials.
